This ?castillo?, a former noble home, is in the centre of the main square in the village of Sant Guim, near Guissona, Lerida, at a height of 556m. The property boasts medieval features and antique windows.The plot is 203m2 with a floor space of 609m2 spread over three floors. The outer walls are in perfect condition but inside needs restoration work, although there is electricity. On the ground floor is a large room, currently used for storing grain and cereal, a room with access to the street and a garage with a large wooden door.
